Amazing retail space! I have wanted to visit MW for years after using their Rhake bag (best bag I have ever owned). I finally got to swing by and it was the best experience! It was super cool to see all the gear in person and I had a wonderful customer service experience. I’ll be visiting every time I’m in SF in the future!

Got a bag from them 10 years ago, with a clean it still looks new despite me taking it absolutely everywhere including multi day hikes. I lost a buckle and they gave me a new one for free. Really can't rate them high enough for the quality and design of their products.

Love the messenger bag, love the black XXXX hat...... but the Store hours are whack! I'm always in town over the weekend and never able to get there when it's actually open! Be open all weekend PLEASE.

After a lot research earlier this year I purchased the Speedwell and Rhake for work and bike commute. You can see the quality in design and materials from the moment you see and feel the bag. I am looking forward to using them both as my daily bags. I was given a discount code for one of them and found one online in the Nick of time! However, a great design and quality bag is worth the price. Delivery from San Fran to Sydney was quick via DHL!

Every time I come to the bay I make it a point to visit their store. Always have a great experience shopping here with their knowledgeable staff. This last visit did not disappoint. I was fortunate to rummage through some of the leftover items post sample sale and struck GOLD! Walked away with more gear than I expected but completely happy knowing these pieces will last a long time. I love buying from companies that are focused on their craftsmanship and quality of their goods. Shout out to the gentlemen that day who helped me out. Sadly, I didn't catch his name but really cool guy who wears multiple hats within MWS. Good vibes! Can't wait to go back.

I have been using the MW Rambler for over 2 years now and hands down it has been the best backpack I have ever used. I use it for everyday carry, in heavy rain, traveling and commuting, and it’s unbeatable. The building quality is top notch and even after 2 years it still looks fresh. The fact you can double the size with the zipper and straps has never left me wanting for more space. Recently I noticed the inner liner of one of the pockets started to break down, so I contacted customer support and they were kind enough to replace it under their warranty policy. Shipping was quick and I got a brand new backpack several days later. All in all I think it is absolutely worth the investment as not only does Mission Workshop equipment delivers on its promise, customer service over delivers as well.

My MW messenger bag is going on 10 years being used as my daily work bag. It goes on every trip with me as well, and still in excellent shape! Have been through multiple chrome bags in that time as my gym bag that gets less use.
